Welcome to OCEAN VIEW, a splendid luxury apartment with one of the most beautiful sea views in the area. This spacious apartment, designed for four people, perfectly combines comfort and modernity.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be enveloped by a welcoming and bright atmosphere. Upon entering the living area, you’ll be amazed by the stunning view of the Iroise Sea and the Four Lighthouse. You'll find a spacious and open living space: the modern, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, creating an ideal place to relax and gather. A French door opens onto a terrace, where you can fully enjoy the outdoors and its completely unobstructed sea view.

The apartment also features two carefully arranged bedrooms, offering each guest a peaceful resting space. Both bedrooms are equipped with twin beds, which can be configured as two 80x200 cm single beds or a 160x200 cm double bed in each room. A well-appointed bathroom and separate toilets complete this space for your utmost comfort.

Located in a former school completely renovated in 2024, the OCEAN VIEW apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The residence is close to all amenities, and the nearest beach is less than 400 meters away.

For art enthusiasts: La Passerelle in Brest, the Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Brest Fine Arts Museum...
