Worst hotel ever.
I stay there from Friday through Sunday morning. The first day when I arrived they gave me a horrible room which wasnā€™t the room that I paid for. After my husband argued with the ladies and the front desk they decided to change the room. They gave us a room which the AC wasnā€™t working and no hot water only one toilet paper, my husband and told them about the AC and The hot water a guy came to look at the water he said gave him a minute heā€™ll be back NeVER See him again. I spent the whole time there with no hot water and AC. The front dest was not apologetic at all, the lady told me itā€™s normal for the AC to stop working and it has nothing to do with them. After paying almost $500 for a room for a weekend I arrived on Friday at 2pm and Sunday 11:28am they were already knocking on my room door for us to leave. NEVER again, unprofessional, rude, no customer service at all.
