We love this cabin! The beds are comfortable, it's clean and VERY well appointed in the kitchen (more appliances and utensils/tools than I have at home - everything you could want!) but best of all, it's easy for my whole family to enjoy the living room area - there's ample comfortable seating for everyone, which is hard to do!

Beach beauty! Inside and out. Comfortable beds, cozy family room and stocked kitchen appliances!
Thank you for a great vacation! 2nd year at Easy Breezy and hopefully back next summer. Maybe a little house maintenance needed; kitchen faucet leaks and upstairs bathroom shower handles wobbly. One of the upstairs double beds is missing a caster, bunk room light bulb needs to be changed and master bedroom, curtain rod looked unhinged slightly. We did find upstairs water bug (roach) and master bathroom water bug (roach). But still a beautiful home by far! Love the new sectional couch and upgraded washer and dryer. Thanks again for letting us stay!

Work On Customer Service
First of all, the house and location was GREAT!! I have a concern with the owner. My family and I booked this house during Christmas break(December 2022) when parts of Crystal beach had a power outage. We arrived at the beach house around 7 that night. Around midnight the power went out. We were able to communicate with the host(GREAT) and she said that the power should be back on tomorrow morning around 11:30am. It was really late so we just covered up and stayed for the night. The next morning, the power did not come on. We spoke with the host and she said the power will not be on until later on in the evening. Which we found out the power did not come on until 2 days later. At that time we decided to leave because we had our 74 year old mother with us and the home was getting colder. When communicating with the Evolve Team (GREAT) the owner allowed us to come up with 4 different date changes to come back to the home with our family. My family and I are educators, so we were able to come up with 4 different dates that worked for all of us. The Evolve Team comes back and communicates that the owner can not accept ANY of those 4 different dates because the nights during that time frame are roughly $900+ a night meaning there will be additional funds needed from me. We did get our money refunded back to us besides the cleaning and damage fee. Thank you Evolve Team for your goodwill. However, I felt like the owner was all about profit not customer service. Please have more value in your guest; think about what truly matters when determining your guest worth.

Perfect spot
Beautiful home for a great 4 days with 3 couples. Laid back and relaxing time to unwind. Easy Breezy was just like that. Stingaree is a great diner plus we enjoyed cooking in. Super easy to get to from San Antonio , Austin and Houston

Right across from beach awesome location. Close to The Big Store which was the only grocery store in town, decently price. Had household staples like I would have at my house (aluminum foil, zip lock bags, different seasonings, oils, sugar) which was great that I didn't have to buy. Good quality furniture and decor. My only and major complaint was that the beds were not clean. House on the inside looked like it was well put together, until you pull back the covers. Bed sheets had stain and hair on every bed. Comforters smelled like cigarettes. The previous renter really trashed the house. We didn't get inside the house until exactly check in time and the house was still dirty. My husband had to help clean the outside downstairs which was filled with garbage and cigarettes. I did all the cleaning myself, no point in having the same person come back to do the cleaning. Just disappointed for the price we paid for this place and it was just sort of clean. Property manager was notified of the situation. I should have been compensated for the cleaning fee, but felt bad for the cleaning lady cause she looked worn out when she left. Good stay otherwise!

The house was great. Beautiful, well appointed and had everything we needed. Perfectly accommodated our extended family (grown children and grandchildren). A minor issue with dryer and internet but was addressed immediately. Property manager and owner are great! We would definitely stay here again.

First times at the beach!
It was my nephew's first time to experience the beach, he will be 3 in November. He loved it! It was the first time my sister, brother and I took a family vacation together with all three of our families. We had a wonderful time, the house was perfectly, stocked with everything you could want or need in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. There were plenty of linens and cooking/storage supplies in the kitchen. We enjoyed the privacy of our bedrooms but also enjoyed the size of the common space. Everything was very well decorated and clean and looked new, in order and inviting. The location was perfect with nice views and close proximity - very close within 2-5 minutes walking distance to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. I highly recommend this location "Easy Breezy" for families. We all enjoyed the comfort and ease of relaxation and meal preparation. Very clean!

Wonderful vacation destination
This was our 5th year in a row to vacation at Easy Breezy in Crystal Beach. The house, the view, the access to the beach is awesome. A wonderful place to vacation with the family.

I called property management. Reported that the refrigerator smelled like fish upon arrival . We cleaned and cleaned it to get vile odor out ... that night we went to heat our prepared dinner stove was out ... we called and reported . They never bothered calling us back .... I got a text stating, she got busy and knew with such a busy weekend she could do nothing about it . Never go on Jeep weekend . Dangerous

Mother’s Day weekend with family and close friends. We had a great weekend. My only complaint is that we did not stay longer. The beach front view was beautiful. The house is amazing, everything was clean, plenty of towels, linens, dishes, etc. There was an outdoor shower, water and hose to wash all the sand away. The swings, picnic table, and outdoor bar allowed us to gather as a family and enjoy the outdoors. The decor was classy and beautifully done. We will rent longer next time.

Family Time
We had a small family thanksgiving get together and “Easy Breezy” was amazing. It was beautifully decorated, seconds from the beach, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our thanksgiving special. A complete kitchen with dishes, utensils and everything you could possibly need for cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
