Welcome to 12 Apostles beach house - an idyllic seaside getaway, spacious, well presented Villa, with ample room for families or groups to come together to spend time in the beautiful seaside town of Port Campbell. Just a12 minute drive to the 12 apostles, this beautiful villa has a large upper level living space with floor to ceiling windows with beautiful views of the Southern Ocean & Newfield valley.
Boasting a large open plan living / kitchen/dining space on the upper level with a large covered balcony to enjoy the sea breeze at the days end. The kitchen is well equipped to cook up a storm or to sit and enjoy some drinks and a cheese platter. The butlers pantry is a bonus space for keeping thing organised for a longer stay.
The lower level has 2 queen bedrooms plus a king bedroom, all with fresh crisp linen and built in robes. All beds have electric blankets for the cooler winter nights.
There is split systems for heating and cooling on each level.
Lower level has a bathroom with both a shower and a bath & a sperate toilet. It also has a second living space with a dining table, modular couch and a TV.
The upper level also comprises of a king bedroom with a full ensuite, large built in wardrobes and a sweet side balcony with sea views. It also has a Queen bedroom and a toilet room.
