The Rising Tide Mini Villa

The Rising Tide is a brand new mini villa / "couples cottage" packed full of comforts. It's located on a 50+ acre property with a nature trail leading to a gem of a swimming beach.

Enjoy ocean views and stunning sunsets from the open concept living area and ocean facing sundeck. Amenities include a queen bed, 3 piece bathroom, a fridge/ microwave/sink (for light meal prep) as well as WiFi, a smart TV and A/C.

While there are two other mini villas nearby none obstruct each others views.

Additionally, PLEASE NOTE:

1. For safety and other reasons, children must be 8 years or older to stay, and pets of any kind are not permitted.

2. The price quoted EXCLUDES a 3.45% fee to cover the new Cape Breton Marketing Levy and associated taxes. THIS "EXTRA" WILL BE ADDED TO THE COST OF THE STAY ONCE BOOKED (as we are unable to include this charge in the quoted price shown).

3. The use of the nature trails and beach zone on the property is at the guest's own risk and requires signing a liability waiver (available upon arrival).

4. In booking with us, guests acknowledge that COVID-19 remains a risk for all travelers, even vaccinated persons. While we take steps to reduce risks, guests in booking with us agree to voluntarily assume the risk of exposure and agree to hold the owners harmless from any claims arising from COVID-19

Serene setting, wonderful bed. Would stay again. But finding it was impossible as The address didn’t appear on Google maps. We were lost until a call back from the owner, then we found it easily.

Nice quaint spot to rest your head
Enough basic amenities needed, I only stayed for a night. Late check in, early check out. Really incredible sunsets, holy moly, down a gravel road though. Food is a drive away if you don’t have any with you

Unbelievable setting on coast. Small cabin looks out over a small lake and Gulf of St. Lawrence beyond. The cabin is brand new and well equipped. There is a short path to private beach! Just amazing peace and quiet.

We loved the Villa! Perfect size, great privacy, adorable, immaculate, beautiful ocean view, gorgeous sunsets! We enjoyed the well marked, mowed trail to the lovely beach. This is an Ideal location for exploring Cape Breton! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Villa!
