The carpet and lampshades were very dirty, the toilet was stained. Over all the facility was unkept-looking. We will definitely not be returning in our next trip.

I was greeted within 1 minute and the person was very informative and polite. When I stepped out for dinner, the woman at the desk asked how my room was since she wanted to make sure my stay started off right. I liked that.

The room was clean and beautiful. I would change where the coffee maker was though. I had to climb under the desk to plug it in and it was so far from the water source. Overall, very pleased with our stay. Great breakfast too!

Tv was broken in the room, the housekeeping left a note explaining how to work it in a roundabout way and even with that there was only one working channel. The hot tub was gross inside, the blankets were thin/uncomfortable. The room was freezing cold, even after being in there all night with the heat running the floors were freezing and we could barely stand on them.

There was never anyone at the front desk. They were always outside smoking and you had to call the front desk and they would come in from the lot. The HVAC just ran no way to control it the controls on the unit appeared broken. I will say the room was extremely clean with the exception of the upolstered chair which could use a good steam cleaning. The hotel was quiet making it easy to rest.

We stayed for 4 nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. Pro's: Friendly Staff Hot Breakfast daily although choices are the same each day Big warm Pool Comfortable beds Well-appointed room, Fridge, microwave, tons of TV channels Cons: Hotel needs some TLC, the rooms look dated and in need of paint Hot Tub gone this year Pool area freezing as door was propped open to reduce humidity Hotel signage and outdoor lighting lacking. I believe a name change is happening Water came out of the tub brown when turned on. Explained this happens when the room has not been used in a while. Cleaning staff should be checking rooms regularly for this No maid service although this seems the norm in some places now. We did get what we needed though Overall a decent place to stay and a good location. Lots to do in the area. Pehaps name change and refresh will help out.

The bathroom had mold in the toilet, the bathroom door hinges squeaked and would not completely close. Had to use the bath mat to wedge the door shut as must as possible. There was age old dirt behind the bathroom door and along the trim across the front of the bathtub. It is a OLD Quality Inn that been attempted to be upgraded to Comfort Inn. Linens were acceptable but certainly not at the Comfort Inn level of convenience.

No towel change or trash removal for three days. I asked about this, and they gave me trash bags for me to put in cans. I needed to bring dirty towels to them for replacement. I did not want or need beds made only towels and trash removed. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not provide that service.

The hotel is fine They did not have our Expedia reservation which Expedia has been paid for and says was made Our desk clerk is working hard to get this straightened out withExpedia she has booked us into rooms while trying to get this resolved. I will be getting I touch with Expedia again as this was booked and paid for in August and should have been a seamless process

When we arrived they had no record of our reservation made on Expedia 2 weeks ago. After some time the found just a room. When we went to use pool they stated they had no pool towels as the gave to the kids ( hockey team) she then reluctantly found us some towels. The kids were screaming and running around all over in pool area. Staff was just sitting out on smoking patio with what appeared to be friends. We stayed in pool for 5 minutes as we were just surrounded by poorly behaving, cursing children. We were woken very early by kids playing in hallway. We were very dissatisfied and disappointed with this stay. We have being staying at this hotel for years when we come stateside shopping. We will not stay here again
