It has an screened in patio with view of pond , with outside furniture and a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Villa includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.
This Villa has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a flat screen 48" TV for group gathering or to seat around and watch family movies.
The master bedroom has a King bed with a flat screen 32" TV for nighttime viewing and the master bathroom comes with a deep soaking tub and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with a 32" Smart Roku TV and the 3rd bedroom has a twin trundle with a full bathroom in the hallway.

Everything was great. I just wish toiletries were provided as a just in case.

St Padre stay
We loved everything about the property. The only small complaint is there wasn't a remote or a smart tv in the 3rd bedroom. Plus it was only a 10min drive to St Padre island. than that.....no complaints.

Great stay
The property is as described. However, what is left out are the awesome beds, which were super comfortable and the shower pressure that is out of this world! Also, there is a pond behind the house that is so tranquil. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!
