The space
Freshly painted and remodeled inside & out with Living Room, Family room, Office/Reading area for the adults and kids! Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a walk-in closet, Smart TV, and luxurious spa-like feel. The 2nd Bedroom has a queen size bed with a double closet. The 3rd Bedroom has two twin size beds. The Family Room has a queen pull out sofa bed, Smart TV and tons of space for you family to enjoy a movie night together.

Located in a quiet family neighborhood only 30 Minutes to beautiful Pine Island beach on the Gulf Coast and only 25 minutes away is Weeki Wachee Springs/Buccaneer Bay water park where you can watch the mermaids in the underwater theatre, Kayak along the river or swim in the springs. SunWest Park is only 15 minutes away. SunWest Park is an outdoor sports and recreation park in Pasco County with a mile long white sandy beach, wrapped around a spring fed freshwater lake right of the coast. Great home
We visit the area often due to my father-in-laws health and him living in the area. This is our second stay here at this home. No complaints at all. Very comfy nice home great host and awesome communication.

This property was exactly as I expected it to be from the pictures. We had everything we needed while we were there. The house it a bit older and could use some upgrades. The master bath left something to be desired. The irrigation pump was very loud and the neighborhood was okay.

Stay at Bear Paw
This property was just as described. We had a few issues during our stay. Heat not working well. Owner addressed this right away. It did start working. Second issue: WiFi not connected to the internet. With only Roku TV's we couldn't watch TV.. Matt did his best to fix something out of his control. We were eventually able to watch TV. Just a slight inconvenience. The residence was clean and we felt at home. Would recommend this stay. Neighborhood had a few areas not taken of but this home is well taken care of.

Warm and cozy
A nice convenient neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. Close to major highways, yet quiet and safe. Nice backyard, beautiful and clean inside the house. Plenty of sleeping areas, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Property manager is friendly and helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable.
