Recommended as the best rental on the Weeki Wachee river!!!!Riverfront with deep water for swimming and kayaking!
We have a huge multilevel deck on the river with easy water access. Patio swings....lots of seating...4 kayaks plus a 17 ft canoe and paddleboard included!Gazebo with large gas grill , sink and firepit.
Large screened porch upstairs and downstairs (this is very important some times of year)
This home has 3 bedrooms with custom built cedar and cypress queen beds, and additional sleeping. air mattress. And 2 full size bathrooms .Kitchen fully equipped with cooking basics refrigerator with ice and water on the door, microwave,dishwasher,drip coffee maker with coffee provided. Washer and dryer in the river home.

Living room has lots of seating area with Tv. with a large sliding glass door to the deck with a tv also and looking out at the weeki wachee river. Large granite dining table seating of 8 .General ....free wifi ,air condition,towels/linens,initial supply of toiletries (toilet paper,papertowels,laundry detergent, and dish detergent)Ask about pets Please let us know if you have a pet ... there is a 100.00 nonrefundable pet charge... or look on site about bringing pets!! Fantastic!!
A wonderful experience in this amazing home! Located right on the Weeki Wachee River we paddled next to the manatees and river otters. Enjoying our steaks cooked on the outdoor grill, we heard a splash and saw a mermaid swimming by! It was definitely a magical place! We’ll definitely return. Hopefully soon.

Beautiful Weekie Wachee
Our family of 3 and our dog enjoyed a quick weekend away at this Weekie Wachee home. Check in was easy, and we were welcomed by a manatee swimming by in the crystal clear water. This home is located in a prime spot. It has a fantastic view of nature. There was also plenty of people watching as the boats and kayaks went by mid day. All was quiet and peaceful in the morning and evening. We enjoyed our time out on the shaded deck and took out the kayaks provided for early morning paddles. Momma and baby manatees swam by in the evenings. Everything was clean . The kitchen was modern and was well stocked. Communication with the host was easy. We hope to come back!

One of the Best!
One of the nicest houses on the river! You can tell that the home was recently updated, it’s beautiful on the inside. Has everything you could want. The deck is a wonderful place to early mornings. Watch manatees, and mullet passing by. Definitely will rent again. We loved the location and the home. Our host was wonderful and super responsive. Even on Thanksgiving! Thankfully! User error on our part, but she helped us to figure it out how to use the stove. Overall, an amazing stay.

Wonderful house and great location!
This is our second stay at this house! We do an annual girls’ trip on the river. This house has a lot of room with an incredible deck on a gorgeous part of the river! Summer is an amazing host! She is extremely responsive and accommodating. We will continue our yearly visits here!

Birthday on the river
This is our 2nd time staying at this house. It is the perfect set up to relax and enjoy the river from the massive deck area. The sun shades added out back made it very comfortable to be out there all day!! The kitchen had all the supplies we needed down to a crock pot!! The spiral staircase is a little skinny, but the stairs out back work just fine. We will def rent again!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Great family destination!
We had an amazing time kayaking up and down the river, we saw many manatees and even a rogue dolphin!! We made use of the full kitchen to cook quite a few meals throughout our stay which was great, also getting in some grilling too!

Little family and friends get together....
All was great! No complaints.....Summer was excellent and easy to communicate with. House was in the best location with small sand bar directly across where we sat and watched all the people go by. Will be staying again!!!

The location is beautiful. Great view of the fun on the river. Clear and cool swimming. The outside porch area was nice equipped with chairs and shade for hanging outside. Ac worked well and all the appliances worked as they should. The beds were a little firm for me, and the downstairs riverfront bedroom was a little warm during the evening hours. Overall a nice place I would return. Thanks to Summer for her great service.

Great house on the river
We have stayed here 2 times now and had a great time. The house is a bit small but the location on the river is great. We love that there are kayaks and paddle boards included so we didn’t have to bring our own. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed being right on the river. I had to do some cleaning when we arrived. Crumbs on front table, mold on freezer water dispenser, jelly on cabinets. Crumbs on the floor. For the price we pay I really do wish it would have been cleaned better. Living room couch bed was really dirty with crumbs and hair. Needs light fixture repairs and some professional painting done inside. If this place was cleaned properly it would be better.

Beautiful, relaxing, and fun for the kids!
Amazing location with a deck that takes perfect advantage of the river while still providing some privacy in a busy area. We swam, kayaked, canoed, and fished right from the house! Happy kids, happy grandparents, and happy dog! Can’t beat that!

Relaxing Getaway
Overall the property was nice. You’re definitely paying for the water views and the outdoor space. Conveniently located to everything. The canoes and kayaks were great. A few upgrades are needed. Most of the outdoor furniture needs replaced and the furniture on the screened porch stank like dog. Also. the house needs a good deep cleaning. For the price we we’re expecting the inside to be a bit more charming but hey it’s an old house on the river. Don’t expect to be blown away by the interior but the outside is where it’s at!

This was not my first stay and definitely not my last. Only regret is sharing with friends this location which they all now want to book so takes dates away lol. Everything is amazing. It really is the best place on the river. You never have to leave and the accommodations are perfection. Summer is amazing and very responsive. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation spot.
