Near the owners' house, pretty cottage located halfway between Nantes and the sea, in the quiet countryside, near the Château de Briord and its forest and the Acheneau river (fishing). Private unfenced garden of 300 m² and terrace on property of 4000 m². Jacuzzi under awning on request from the owner (€60 for 6 sessions up to 4 people then €10/additional session - deposit: €300), table tennis, 2 adult bikes available. Closed bike room.
Living room (stove) with open fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds), shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, radio/CD, bed/bath and baby high chair.
Included: sheets.
