Portage Lakeside Cabins, The Bear's Den

Outfitted with it's own private covered porch that is just feet away from the lake. The kitchenette includes a gas cook stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee pot. Each bunk room features a twin over full bunk bed and the upstairs loft features 2 twin beds .lso equipped with a heat pump/air conditioner as well as a propane gas log stove for winter months. The Cabin SHARES a beautiful, clean renovated bath house with two full private bathrooms(bath towels provided).

Property, quiet, peaceful, clean, and safe, also well supplied with all needed utensils. We were there in winter though and did not have running water, which was the only inconvenience related to cooking, so did not cook. Shower and toilets in separate building, took a minute to reacquaint oneself with treks outside to the restroom and shower.
