Not VRBO Quality
Man was urinating on the building when we walked up to enter. On our second nights stay, a police car drove up and moved away the homeless people hanging around the building. Gaping hole in the bathroom ceiling. WiFi didn't work. I'm surprised this unit is listed on VRBO.

He urinated on the wall
As my friend and I made our way to the front gate, we realized a man was urinating on the building. One of the A/C window units was working poorly and there was a gaping hole in the bathroom ceiling. The second day we stayed, a police car pulled up and the homeless on the corner were moved out. WiFi did not work.
