The staff are really friendly when I checked in. The room is quite spacious and fairly clean, though there were a few stains on the carpet. Overall it was sufficient for my 3 night stay.

Had a good time felt secure the room was clean a little bare no chairs but for the price and location was close to where we had business here in town overall it’s a 7 because of the lack of detail no chairs and seemed a little like dungeon

When we checked in and opened our room, it had never been cleaned. We had to go to the front desk and has a mate. Come back and clean thebro so we had to wait a little while longer for them to come in and properly clean the room.

Property used to be a troublesome one, these new folks have really turned it around. They had put up security fences and Gates so that you can feel safe inside. I will say that the interiors could use some updating and I'm sure that's exactly what they have in mind.

I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person! Horrible neighborhood, security gate broken, graffiti on the buildings, as if all this wasn't bad enough the last straw was pulling back the bedspread to find dirty stained sheets! I have pictures of course. My husband politely explained the situation to which the manager said no problem that had a new cleaning staff and that our card hadn't been charged yet and it would not be. Well guess what, it was charged full price and upon request from not one but two Expedia reps, they refused to refund our money. WORDS OF ADVISE THIS PLACE IS A DUMP AND THEY ARE DON'T HONOR THEIR WORD, DO NOT STAY HERE!

I made a mistake with the reservation, and the owners were more than accomodating to help us correct it. Very well lit, apartment like hotel rooms. There was more room than antifcipated. A cute little kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom. It was a quick stay, but I am glad this is the place that we found for the night.

Basic motel. Friendly staff. Bathroom was not very clean. Paper thin towels. Very secure parking. Excessive lighting at night made the room almost too bright to sleep.
