The property sits next to the freeway. The front desk staff are rude and obviously not happy with their job! When we got to our room there was hair in the bathtub and no hot water, the other room smelled like dog pee. The pool was nice until they held a pool party, so we had to leave! All in all it was not good!

The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and updated. Had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker that made everything extra easy for our family. Wasn’t anything to complain about with the room or service. The pool was great, but they only had three chairs to sit on at the time we were there. We were with a group and happened to have camping chairs for our trip so we brought those in! In their defense, we didn’t inquire about extra chairs. Pool was clean and bigger than most. Housekeeping was awesome and very friendly. Most hotels we stay at lately have not offered daily cleaning, but this hotel did! Thank you! Breakfast was good as well.

Have stayed here a number of times, always clean and quiet and welcoming. We did have some minor technical issues with TV and phone in our room, but were promptly transferred to a nearby room. Staff at reception were extremely helpful, especially Ida who was most happy to help us out with the room transfer and welcome us to the property.
