Everything was mostly great except for the hotel store. We were just trying to attempt to buy a bottle of wine to take to our room and it turned into a complete fiasco. Nothing is priced, half of the things aren’t even in the system. There are multiple keys for multiple cases you have to ask for each one separately. A colleague and I were on our way to a meeting and should’ve taken five minutes and ended up taking almost 20 minutes. You really don’t need that much security in your hotel store, It was way over the top.

Gorgeous well maintained historical property. Walkable blocks to Ptld Saturday Market, VooDoo Doughnuts, Chinatown, Incredible restaurants, Unique shopping, Kell's Irish Pub, Stumptown Coffee. Wonderful Staff, Great Restaurant, Happy hour. Couldn't ask for a more wonderful stay!!

Start with once you get out of the hotel, it's very smelly, dirty and full of homeless people. Hotel is dark, old and smelly. Only 2 small (can only accommodate 4-5 people depends on weight) elevators. Staffs are half-half, half are somehow friendly and half are snob who probably are also annoyed by the hotel's smell and dark atmosphere. TIME TO HAVE A GENERAL RENOVATION and try to clean the area around your hotel. Smells like human feces.

Staff was wonderful. Pool and hot tubs are great. Free breakfast and afternoon drinks and snacks! Security! Nice fireplace. It was very nice. Unfortunately our room faced city and music and loud yelling til late at night was annoying. Slow elevators. But would definitely recommend. Safe with great service. Ammenitu guest store on property is over priced.

The hotel itself is lovely, in what has become an older/rundown part of town. Would not feel comfortable walking around the area after dark. Also- parking is extremely expensive ($50 ) and NOT included in the room rate.

Excellent stay
Terrific service, good amenities, good breakfast. The floor of the breakfast buffet seemed to be permanently sticky from syrup being tracked everywhere. Otherwise it was great.
