I gave them my bag to hold until I returned. They claimed they never had it when I returned to pick it up. To add insult to injury, they were difficult to contact after I left the hotel. It took three weeks and it was never resolved. I would never stay there again. Go there if you don’t have an issue, but if you do, they are no longer on your side. Customer service is a very unpleasant experience. There are lots of hotels in Portland, OR to stay at. This Holiday in near PDX isn’t one of them.

It was a nice room. The shampoo, conditioner and lotion are my favorites, it smells good. They use Dove brand. Although I dont like the shower part because the tub was clogged.

Microwave and smoke detector malfunction. Parking charge unreasonable for how poorly managed and full it was. Front desk didn't care to refund parking charge.

Wonderful stay

Excellent customer service front desk staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about area and events. Very efficient and rooms were very clean and comfortable
