I booked a Disability room and found the shower seat was missing 3 of 4 bolts. Also hair conditioner and hand soap missing. All were rectified easily and with professionalism. Overall, a good stay.

The size of the rooms are amazing, you don’t feel like you’re on top of everyone in your room. Also, love the breakfast area and options. We stay for the yearly track festival and I’m sure we’ll be back next year

Family stay in Hillsboro
It was a great stay because things were up to date, clean, trendy decor, lots of storage, pet friendly, kid friendly and overall well kept. The two front desk staff at check in were friendly. The other lady with shoulder length brunette hair was not welcoming, friendly and avoided eye contact. She should be coached to be more welcoming and greet guests with eye contact and a smile. She liked to keep her head down and ignore people walking in. That should be known. Thank you. The pool was great as well. I just wished there was more of a shallow end for toddlers but that's it. Also bigger pool towels are needed.

This is a clean, enjoyable property. The suites are large enough to accommodate family. Breakfast was very good. The service was excellent. We will definitely continue to use this place when we visit the Hillsboro/Portland Oregon area.

Overall good stay
The overall stay was good, the room itself was clean and comfy. Guest service team was friendly. The only complaint was that the pool area could have used a good cleaning. The first night it was fairly dirty (hair everywhere on the ground, fake nails someone left near the hot tub). We assumed it would have been cleaned overnight, but went to take a lap in the pool the next morning and it was the same condition.
