Used complimentary items left for me to reuse. Hair in the shower prior to using. Transferred to a new room, however was given a Queen instead of the King we paid for. Refused to provide compensation, However I was offered wine. Nice gesture but not enough for the amount of money spent at this hotel. Rooftop is nice, food okay, drinks were great. Nice staff overall.
