Beautiful newer and modern apartment with private entrance on street level. This one-bedroom apartment includes a queen-size bed plus a new sofa-bed - both with memory foam mattresses. The full kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven and range plus it is fully stocked for your stay. Irving Park is two blocks away. Starbucks & Whole Foods are just four blocks away. Walk 10 mins to Alberta Arts District or Williams District for Portland's best shops, bars, and restaurants.

The bedroom has a queen bed featuring a Casper memory foam mattress, end-table and full closet. The living room has a top-grain leather sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. The kitchen has everything you need to complete your stay plus a full-size fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop and microwave. You will love the Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods. There is also a full-size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. All bathroom toiletries are included. The double windows allow plenty of light or pull down the room-darkening shades for full privacy. You'll appreciate being within walking distance to some of Portland's best and well-known neighborhoods. Alberta Arts District, Mississippi District, Williams & Vancouver streets are all within a short walking distance. Downtown is only 10 minutes away by car. We are close to the city bus stops which can take you anywhere you may need to go to the metro area.

We are LGBTQ friendly! Fees apply for late check-out (when available). The entrance is sidewalk level. Parking is available in front of the apartment on the street. No permit is required. Guests have access to the entire private apartment with private entrance. This apartment is on the lower level of a family home. Because we live upstairs, we are available if needed.

Great stay!
First time staying in Portland and this is a great spot! Great location and easy to get around town from here or just spending time in the neighborhood, food, groceries and park nearby. Very clean and host helped with directions when needed, will stay again!

Cute, clean and cozy!
The hosts are very gracious and organized. They leave you a detailed list of everything you’d need throughout your stay (including a list of their favorite restaurants - among other recommendations). The place was kept very clean and organized with plenty of in-house appliances and kitchen supplies. The bed and pull out are very comfortable and would sleep multiple people comfortably. It’s a great neighborhood and a beautiful place! Can’t recommend enough!

Rainy Trip to Portland
Went to Portland on a business trip for a week, this apartment was just what we needed. Safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby, but we didn't use them as most meals during my trip were provided at my event. Everything was what was advertised. Clean and well equipped. Wife loved the shower...now wants one. Was a wonderful stay. We don't plan on returning to Portland any time soon, but if we do, we will stay here again.

Oregon Work Trip
This was my second trip to Oregon for a work trip and I decided to switch up where I stayed. Hotels get old and this apartment was absolutely perfect. It had plenty of space for two adults, the neighborhood is beautiful with so many places to walk too and the proximity to the airport and downtown is super convenient. This apartment was immaculate and well cared for. The hosts were also great. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This is apartment is exceptionally clean, quiet and well appointed. It is located in a lovely, safe neighborhood. We parked the car and didn't use it again until we left. It is ideally situated for exploring NE Portland with easy walking to many great restaurants and venues. This is our new favorite place to stay when we visit Portland.

Portland At Its Best
Staying here is the best way to experience living in a hip Portland neighborhood. The hosts are excellent and welcoming. The property is a comfortable place to call home away from home. It is furnished with all the amenities you could ask for. Most things you need are within walking distance or a short drive. Easy access to parking. It’s a great place to stay!

Super cute, super clean, amazing location! Owner returned messages within minutes and made sure to make us feel we could check in for anything any time. Very poor welcome, address not visible.
No visible address when we arrived in the rain in the dark, as arranged. Not clear which door was ours, the keypad would not work --over and over and over again --the owner upstairs did not come down when called. Finally, he decided the deadbolt was locked and eventually unlocked it remotely. We had to ask Uber driver to wait during all of this while we stood in the rain. Very poor welcome, The room was clean and lovely, but no extras. The pull-out couch was not made.

Perfect Portland home base
