Not bad at all but some room for improvement
The check-in process was extremely unclear causing phone calls to Vacasa at 11pm at night. It wasn't dirty by any means but also it was not the cleanest property if that makes sense. Bedding was a little uncomfortable but that may just be a me thing. Amazing location and felt very safe on property.

The property was in a great location. You can tell that the place we stayed in has been used a lot. I’m not mad about it, I would just recommend a deep cleaning. I’m super grateful that we were able to stay in such a great place though and maybe just an upgrade of the bed but I understand the price was amazing so we get what we paid for.

Great Location, but attention to detail would be appreciated
Great location, but impossible to park so it should come with parking. You have to carry in all of your things from where ever you find parking to the building. Best not to have a car if you stay here. The small dresser is for a small child, fits nothing so plan on hanging everything or piling things. Also, the long haired rug in the main room was filthy and I moved it to a closet and the was tons of dirt under the rug and worse. They did come in and clean after I let them know. Also the TV didn't work and I had to inform them twice about this. So for the first 6 days of my 2.5 week stay, I didn't have TV. Admittedly I didn't inform them the first time for 2 days, then again 2 days later. It seems this is a simple thing that could be checked before a rental that costs almost $250/day. Internet generally OK, but does go off and on from time to time. VRBO charges too much on top of Vacassa. Oh, one last thing, the address on the website is incorrect and it is a little tricky to find the lock box.

Very clean and well equipped. Only problem we had was we couldn't get the TV to work other than 1 channel. Also, no instructions for where to go with garbage, I had to stand in lobby asking what to do with my garbage. Fortunately I found a nice resident who walked me to the room and put in the access code for me so I could dump it. This info should be put in the info guide- Also the address is WRONG on the Vacasa info page which led to some confusion finding the place.

The place was clean and the building was well-appointed. The cafe downstairs is amazing. It needs a slightly bigger table in the tiny dining area. The slats that support the mattress slipped off their frame and I had to re-set them, since they aren't secured to the frame. The clothes washer does not work. There's no local phone number by which to contact vrbo.

Our stay here was wonderful. A well laid out apartment with everything we needed. Bright, clean, new, secure building with lots of amenities nearby - coffee shop, groceries, brewery and easy walking to the NW 23rd district. Very conveniently located for transit and driving. Street parking was easy to find, with some free parking just a short walk away!

Great Place For Convenience
This condo was a great, convenient place to stay. The location is right across the street from a market and walking distance to many different restaurants and shops. NW 23rd is a great place to visit in Portland and we loved it. The condo was new, clean and cozy. I would give this condo five stars except for the only on street parking available within blocks of the condo is all metered. The maximum amount of hours you can pay for at a time is 4. This meant we couldn't leave the car for the day without getting a parking ticket. We would visit this place again!

Overall it was a good stay however there are things to be improved upon: bed is very uncomfortable, pillow sink and need more filling, layout of living room isn't conducive to socializing, tenants above us are INCREDIABLY loud and washer is difficult to work without instructions.

The living room only has a couch. The chair is not comfortable. The TV is there but only works if you have Netflix. Amazon or Hulu account. There is no broadcast TV. The remote for TV did not work while we were there. Washer is difficult to start. The location is good. 3-4 block walk to streetcar and restaurants. Parking is a pain but you can find it. You pay from 9AM to 7PM.
