Located in Portland’s historic Overlook neighborhood; a short walk to light rail transit, Overlook Park, and Mississippi Street boutique shops and restaurants. We strive to provide a welcoming and hospitable environment with strict cleaning protocols. Full kitchen, living space, master bedroom with adjoining bath. Hardwoods floors and vaulted ceilings throughout. First floor has a 2nd bathroom, full size washer and dryer, 2nd bedroom with work space, luxurious plush carpet and its own intimate patio for two. Rain shower head and handheld spray in the first floor walk in shower; master bath has a soaking tub/shower. The kitchen includes all utensils and appliances you will need during your stay including Nespresso coffee. Cozy up on the couch during a cool evening enjoying the gas fireplace with a good book or the flat screen TV. Additional amenities include: heat pump with a/c, high speed internet, iron & board, fresh slippers provided, closet organizers in both bedrooms, large capacity washer & dryer, and 1 off street parking spot. Guest have access to the entire living area inside the unit and a private outdoor patio. GARAGE NOT INCLUDED. We respect our guest privacy, however, we are nearby if there are any needs or questions. Homes are classic northwest bungalows Overlook Park is 5 minutes by foot and has a walking trail, play ground, and picnic areas with a view of the city. Max Lite Rail is 837ft, 4.375 inches away (approximately) and there is a Nike bike share station there as well. Max goes to the airport, downtown Portland, PGE Park (soccer), the Moda Center (Trailblazer basketball), and the Oregon Zoo. There is 1 off street parking spot.
