This was a very nice place to stay at first I was a little concerned because it was right off the freeway, but I didn’t hear any noise whatsoever so that was a great big plus the rooms were nice very clean everyone that worked there was very accommodating I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean. The people were nice & friendly. We had checked in on line prior to arriving. We did the pre-pay online through Expedia & we’re charged again by Best Western for the room & deposit. We hope in the future it does not happen again.

Housekeeping Needs Final Check
This updated room would have been great. But there is aparently no "final check" of housekeeping by a supervisor. The floor definitely had not been swept or vacuumed in a couple of bookings. Plus an obvious hair right on the lid of the toilet. Also in the hall in front of elevator had not been vacuumed in several days. I would expect every hotel would vacuum their halls/elevators EVERY DAY as these areas a high traffic.

Black mold intm the washroom. When we notified staff, they said that they were aware of the mold, but didn't offer any solution, etc. Was told that the pool was open 24hrs, but it was not.
