Beautiful hotel in old port Portland. The property offered several dining options as well as a state of the art fitness center/spa. The sauna was certainly a nice treat to escape the cold January weather. The Regency reminded me of a fine hotel from a bygone era. I will definitely be returning.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The staff was great. The restaurant onsite was some of the best food I’ve ever had. And the spa was amazing. I would absolutely stay here again.

Well the room was not at all what was in the picture. In the bathroom there was peeling paint above the shower. The fan was disgusting. And the bar food was disgusting.

Great getaway at the Portland Regency

We loved our stay here. The room was lovely, the bed was so comfortable, and having access to the spa was delightful. Love that it was walking distance to great restaurants, shops, etc. And we had do much fun chatting with Liz at the hotel's whiskey bar! Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Regency for two nights after Christmas and had a very nice visit. The room was spacious and clean and we were able to upgrade to a king sized bed instead of two doubles. We really liked the valet parking because there was no on street parking available. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We were able to leave our bags with the valet while we waited for our room. The reception was very nice too. We would stay here again because of the great location and friendly staff.
