So beautiful and clean!! Spacious newly renovated apartment located in an 1890s brownstone in the center of the Arts District of Portland. Main entry into the brownstone is through a street-level door with keyless access to the shared stairwell. Your 2nd-floor walk-up apartment also has keyless access. There is no parking at your building as it is in a row of historic brownstones. On-street parking is free from 6pm-9am, free on Sunday, and major holidays. Otherwise, on-street parking is metered with a max of 2 hrs. A better solution is a nearby parking garage with 24 hr access for a fee of $19 per 24 hrs on weekdays and $28 on weekends, which is affordable in the city. I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. you will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
