For the most part my family enjoyed the stay at this facility. Our biggest complaint is with the valet services. On the first day 8 NOV, we parked around the corner of the hotel due to how full the valet part of the street was. I promptly let the valet gentleman know that was the case. My main concern was the risk of having my car towed if in spot where parking expired for too long. I came back down about an hour or hour and a half later and the vehicle hadn’t moved. I reminded a new older gentleman where my car was and he moved in quickly. The next day 9 NOV, we let Natasha and Eric know about our small frustrations. I hadn’t received a text to call for my car yet so Natasha was able to relay the message. I met eric and then he sent the claims text. We had been in and out that day and still was unable to call for the call. Later that evening I think one of the younger valets was able to check in the car so that it could be called. The last day (today) was the only time I was able to call for the call through the app. Other than this small issue, our stay was awesome. All of the staff (front desk, staff, bar, breakfast, housekeeping) were nice and easy to work with. Shout out to Natasha for listening to our complaint on Saturday and the kitchen staff during breakfast for being so nice and giving gifts to the kids.

The property was very nice and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. The beds were comfortable and our room had a full size kitchen. There were some sketchy people around the hotel but they seem to be all around the downtown area. You just have to be smart and aware of your surroundings like in any urban setting. The hotel had excellent security with a person at the front desk at all times so I never felt unsafe.

Making this actually a lousy deal. I love Residence Inns. I've stayed at a bunch of them. I'll not plan to stay here again, though. They know what they're doing, so that they show up as cheap on Expedia. Just know what you're getting into...

I loved the property and its amenities. Wife didn't feel safe around the hotel by herself as there are many pushy beggars around living on the streets. Also, we had an issue, but this seems to be an expedia issue. We did a reservation and we didn't select an accessible room, but for second time with expedia, this is what we got. Luckly for us, after the first day sleeping in a room that had everything really low, to a more comfortable room for tall people. The hotel personal also reported that this is something that keeps on happening with expedia's reservations.
