Really enjoyable. A very nice hotel with great staff. Nicely furnished rooms. Breakfast is decent, and the pizza that is served in the restaurant is delicious.

Pretty property, rooms were lovely. Staff was so helpful and always talkative!! With that said, terrace in the back was much smaller than advertised and no one was there to serve. Restaurant and bar (if that is considered a bar?) were very tiny as well. Would have loved more f&b options!

I love this hotel. The staff. The rooms. This is one of the nicest boutique hotels I have stayed at. The location is perfect to restaurants and cafes. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean. I would stay here over and over again.

A great place with excellent staff who spoke great English. They were incredibly helpful, assisting us in arranging a day tour of the Douro Valley for wine tasting. The room was nice, cozy, and comfortable with great lighting, and there was a large TV with an ample selection of channels. The shower and bathroom were also very nice. Additionally, the breakfast was good, providing a satisfying start to our day.

Nice hotel walking distance to restaurants/shops.
We loved this hotel. It was very nice with nice touches and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It's about a 10-minute walk from the restaurants and shops.

Great hotel with great staff. We loved the welcome drinks on arrival. The hotel was greatly located with a straight downhill walk into the centre of Porto. The road was well connected with buses, hire car facilities and Uber. So much to explore in and around the area. Great room with views out the front. Lovely garden out the back accessed from the second floor. We will definitely book again when we next return to Porto.

The hotel didn’t honor any VIP perks. It is supposed I was going to get 10 dollar credit towards beverage and I showed them but they denied it. The staff at the check in time was not friendly at all. I was very surprised because Portuguese people are very kind.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and nice, a bit small and cramped though. We also thought the area was a bit remote, but it is easy to walk into the center of town and to the river pretty easily. Enjoyed Porto very much!
