The hotels location is perfect smacked in the middle of the tourist spot in porto.we just walked around then go back to the hotel to rest and go out again at night.hotel staff were courteous.room is clean pillows are so soft.this hotel has quite a history i was told this was the oldest hotel in Porto.would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. No issies checking in or checking out. They held our luggage prior to check in so we could go walking around Porto. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had a good night’s rest.

Everything about the property was excellent except the breakfast. Although not bad, it is not worth the €15. Other than that the entire stay was wonderful. The young men at the door are exceptional and very helpful! We will stay here again!

The staff and service were pretty bad. We asked for an iron, but the reception told us to come downstairs to get it ourselves. Our room was not cleaned even after we put a sign on the door, and we had to ask twice to get it cleaned.

The young staff are very friendly and all speaks fluent English. They highlighted a local map to help us get oriented. They circled their personal favorites as well. The dining hall was so tastefully furnished to preserve the local tradition and the backyard was so peaceful. Highly recommended!

A very good hotel in a central location.
Hotel was quite nice. You must navigate about 6 steps to get in. Nice rooms… very clean. Good service. Quiet rooms. Central location. Would stay again. Wished breakfast offered more fruits. Breakfast was a standard hotel assortment.

The hotel is in a good location, and the lobby is pretty. There is no parking but they have an agreement with a garage nearby. The street the hotel is on is super narrow so even stopping to unload the luggage was an issue. There is a pretty steep set of steps to get into the lobby. There were no amenities in the hotel (no pool or spa, gym, etc) and breakfast was for additional fee. Overall, pricey hotel with very few amenities.

I believe this place has been recently remodeled. It’s very modern, chic, and clean. The location is convenient, and it’s surprisingly not noisy in the night. The only disappointment is breakfast. $14 euro pp, you can definitely find better quality breakfast in the city.

Incredible location - literally in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do in Porto. The staff were very accommodating and helpful at every turn. Our big surprise was that there were not many more guests.
