The staff was so sweet. We had a 2pm and check and I think they realized we were exhausted! So they let us check in 2 hours early and were so wonderful. The room was spotless and loved the cool air! Love the area everything is walking distance. Love it there!

We'd had difficult day of travel and were gratified by the reception at Moon & Sun. We were given an immediate early check-in and a nice treat as soon as we arrived. They also arranged for an early cab to the airport the following morning. The room was clean, modern, and well-appointed. Bathroom and shower were excellent. The hotel is situated in a convenient neighborhood for walking in the city, with many excellent restaurants nearby. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we're ever back in Porto.

Perfect position hotel in Porto.
This hotel is located in an extremely vibrant area, and at the top of Porto’s hills, it is a walk down the hill to see attractions. The area was surrounded by restaurants,bars and nightlife that during the day are not obvious. . The room did not supply tissues or conditioner and the room cleaning was not completed until after 4 pm when we actually had to request it. The bed was comfortable and the room adequate size. We were given a welcome drink which was good.

Reception seemed uninterested in guests -not welcoming. The rooftop bar was closed all but one night and we were made to feel bad to go up to there for a drink. The shower grout was mildly, but the room overall was very comfortable and clean.

Hotel was not accessible to taxis. Also, hotel staff should make sure that they call honest taxi drivers for guests. We were charged 20euros for a trip to the train station, about twice as much as usual.
