The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. We didn't realise how far the hotel was from the river. The outward walk was fine but going back seemed a long way as it's all uphill.

The 2nd day I asked if they how to use the room service, bc my 74 yr mother had injured herself. I was told that it was not an option, but I was permitted to carry 5 plates of food to my room. After 10min of eating the waiter knocked on the neighbors door with food and asked then on my door for the plates back. The next day I was provided room service with no issues, different front and back staff.

Habitación 105, ruido del aparato de aire acondicionado en patio, toda la noche. Nos cambiaron a la 505, y lo mismo. Las x04, x05 y x06 no son aconsejables. El lavabo del baño muy pequeño. No puedes apoyar nada de aseo. Desayuno correcto. El servicio de cafetería amables, pero muy limitado en oferta.

El hotel bien pero ojito que cuando entregamos la llave para marchar nos querian cobrar 3 euros por consumicion en la cafeteria del hotel No consumimos nada es más ni tan solo pisé el recinto de la cafetería. Cuando les dije que no habiamos consumido nada me dijeron que vale que daba igual Pero es lo que yo les dije que por 3 euros yo no iba a quedar mal. Pero que no los iba a pagar que lo mirasen bien Esto hizo que marchase con un mala sensacion

Aufenthalt war im großen und ganzen sehr gut. Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe, war die Klima. Die hat 20 Minuten vor Abreise funktioniert.

Lo primero decir que el hotel se ve nuevo y muy limpio, la atención también es buena y la ubicación también. Ahora bien… La habitación muy pequeña, apenas queda paso de la cama al escritorio, la silla no cabe. Baño pequeño sin estantería para dejar las cosas de aseo, ah! Y durante la ducha, el agua salía al libre albedrío caliente - fria sin tocar nada, aviso el primer día para saber si se pudiese solucionar y parece ser que no. El armario también muy pequeño, no cabe la ropa de 3 días y no hay sitio para guardar las bolsas, la silla y el escritorio será su ubicación, muchísimo calor en la habitación, con 15° grados por la noche teníamos que dormir con A/A aún preguntando en recepción si tenían la calefacción encendida. Mi habitación daba a la parte posterior del hotel y de las tres noches que estuvimos los vecinos hicieron fiestas dos de ellas, mucho ruido, imposible dormir con la ventana abierta, y otra cosa a mejorar sería los protectores de colchón, daban demasiado calor al ser plastificados y no transpirables. Ah! La primera habitación que nos dieron la cama doble era de 1,35, a mi juicio inaceptable en un hotel de 4 estrellas, no es lo que yo contraté a juzgar por las fotos que proporciona el propio hotel en la página web. Nos cambiaron a otra con dos camas dobles sin ningún problema, aunque la habitación era igual de pequeña. P.D. Intentó adjuntar fotos y no me deja.

아쉬웠던 포르투 오카 헤퍼블리크 호텔
대체적으로 가격대비 만족스러운 호텔이었음. 그러나 호텔직원의 실수로 숙박료가 2번 결재되었고, 환불이 10일 정도 걸려서 되었으나, 외환중개수수료 등으로 일부 금액이 감소되어 결과적으로 몇만원의 적은 금액이지만 손해를 봤음. 그 이외의 점은 특별히 나쁘지 않았음.
