This unusual in the middle of Porto. So convenient to walk around either to river or to other areas. We loved the staff, they were so friendly. Always provided suggestions. Immaculate clean and plenty of space in room. The dinner at the restaurant was also delicious The hotel is a must stay!!

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Everything was just right. Room was spacious and well appointed , service was good and friendly, location was excellent , though we were not advised the hotel was on a pedestrian street and we had to lug our bags a block or so. Other than that, no complaints. Good was good and fairly priced.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. Excellent location with all major attractions within comfortable walking distance including excellent restaurants. The hotel is about 20 minutes by car from the airport and as it is on a pedestrianised street, only Registered Taxis have access to the entrance of the hotel. Our room on the seventh floor (713) was smaller than what we are used to with a small window without a view but is overlooked from a window of a tall building in the adjoining street. Hence, we had to keep the curtains drawn all the time cutting out day light. Rooms with the courtyard view would probably be better. The staff are ALL very friendly and helpful, both in the Restaurant, Bistro Bar and the Reception. We would like to give special mention to Barbara, Vladimir and Fabio at reception for their help and guidance in finding our way around the city.

The room was smallish but absolutely sleek and with a modern and stylish aesthetic. The breakfast is not to be missed. This hotel is right on the main drag of the touristy area, which is Ulta convenient with probably 30 dining areas (at least) within a hundred feet of the hotel door. This is a pricey hotel for sure, but if you have the means, it's an interesting and pleasant place to stay.
