The property was in a good location and studio was a good size. When we arrived, ac was weak. The next day, after a full day of sightseeing, our AC was not working. We messaged property and were told to contact Porto office, but they didn't answer. The manager made us feel as if AC issues were our fault because we had to shut it off before leaving room for the day. I feel this is not communicated anywhere or instructions anywhere. After management had us run through some electrical circuits, a technical team was dispatched the next day. We were given a fan, after I asked how we would sleep. We were told AC would be fixed by next day in early evening, however when we returned at 6pm, the AC was not working yet. Management told me that my definition of early evening was different than his, around 8 to 9pm. Not the answer I was expecting. Technician arrived at 7:30pm and confirmed that ac was fixed and problem that affected bldg, a gas leak was fixed. I expected an apology for 3 days without air but only received a sorry for inconvenience. The shower is also very small, my husband is 6ft tall and athletic and barely fit in shower. That should be disclosed to potential renters. A heavy set person will not be able to fit in the rectangular shower. Perhaps instead of having a big sink, shower should be more accommodating. The bed was like sleeping on cement. Horribly uncomfortable. I slept only after being exhausted from sightseeing. The lights in hallway went out and a strange ma.
