We only stayed for one night, my child and myself. The room was clean and comfortable as was the rest of the hotel that we saw. We didn't try the bar or food but was very happy with the room which had two mini balconies for smokers (so no need to leave kids alone in the room when nipping out for a smoke) and the mattress was very comfortable. The highlight of the hotel has to be the staff on the reception desk! Very friendly and helpful, I had forgotten to bring a UK/european plug adapter but they had a box full they were happy to lend us for our stay, they were also great at helping us plan out our travel the next day. Transport wise it was only about 5 minutes walk from the metro stop which was only one stop from the airport (or about 10-15minute walk) Nearest supermarket we could find to the hotel was an Aldi, 20minute walk away but easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Convenient to airport, clean, comfortable. It was inconvenient to arrive at 3 pm after long travel, and be told that I would have to wait until 4 to check in, when there were clearly vacant and cleaned rooms ready.

This place is about as basic as they come. I only arrived after a late flight after midnight and left before checkout but I was generally unimpressed. The location is walkable from the airport and easy to connect with the light rail downtown but the property is a bit dingey and just generally underwhelming. It served its purpose but I wouldn’t be in a rush to come back.

Room was comfortable and the bed excellent. Only issue was we had a toilet that wouldn't flush. Admittedly, we only stayed one night so did not have time to inform the staff who were otherwise very helpful. Not much in the area other than two restaurants, one not highly recommended so probably not a place you would want to stay other than because of its proximity to the airport which is about a minute taxi drive and probably a 10-minute walk.

The place is very convenient for its closeness to the airport. We stayed only one night, the one before flying out. It’s quiet, is clean, little amenities but comfortable. My only problem was that someone random was able to open my door with a different key. We obviously put the complain at the front desk, they admitted the mistake and apologized. However is important to take into account this security issue.

The breakfast is basic and the guest volume for breakfast is low. It makes a big difference if they invest on a coffee machine. Boiled eggs is also a good addition. A coffee machine and boiled eggs are more inviting for breakfast.

It was a fine hotel to stay at, convenient for last day travel, as was only a 3 minute drive from the airport. Nice room, lovely shower. Seemed worth the money.

Really helpful reception staff, option to drop luggage before check-in, modern room with comfortable king size double. Convenient for airport and metro to get into the city. If visiting porto again I would definitely be happy to stay at this hotel.
