This was a very fine hotel; excellent breakfast; the service was impeccable; for our entire European trip staying at 5 different hotels, this one was the best by far. Every staff member went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Greeted with a glass of port; a truly 5 star experience.

Nice hotel with good location. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in a few hours early which was very nice after a long travel day. The one issue that we had was the bathroom and shower situation. The shower is in the middle of the room with no privacy and the toilet area was behind a door that was semi-private. The pictures online didn’t really show the setup. As 2 friends traveling, it wasn’t something we were crazy about.

It was in a great location. It was close to restaurants and some of the scenic sites in Porto. The staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival and each time we left and entered the hotel. The accommodations were very nice, although the shower is in the bedroom, which may not be for everyone. The included breakfast had a variety of choices and the restaurant was amazing.

A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, however, be aware of lack of privacy if traveling with friends or family members, the shower is all glass and visible from all angles of the room, the toilet a bit better but not totally private either. Overall a great property, centrally located with access to everything in a walkable distance. Beautiful city.

what a beautiful property< excellent location and the amenities including the SPA/ sauna/pool were a great respite after long walking days! I would like to mention that Ms. Anna Fiqueli really went out of her way from check-in, to providing excellent daily tourist guides as well as amazing restaurant recommendation's! Property was clean, quiet and staff was welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The only negative, as others have mentioned, is the shower situation. There is no privacy, so it is difficult for families to share a room.
