The property consists of the following:

- large living area with spacious and elegant equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing any kind of meal. Complete with various utensils, cutlery and cookware, Lavazza coffee machine with all kinds of capsules, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, oven, fridge and freezer.
Tea bags of every flavor, sugar, salt, spices, oil and pepper are also available.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.
A fine wood peninsula separates the room from the rest of the living area;

- large bright living room with access to the sea view veranda where placed an extendable glass table for up to 6 people, perfect place for lunches and dinners with family and friends.
The living room houses a comfortable 3-seat sofa. Also present is a 55'' SmartTV to access major streaming platforms (Netflix, PrimeVideo etc.), a bookshelf with multiple books of various genres and an air conditioner;

- sea view master suite with access to the house lounge, located on the second veranda.
Private ensuite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, full sanitary ware (toilet, bidet) are for the exclusive use of the suite. *
A queen-size bed, large closet, air conditioner and 32'' wall-mounted Smart TV complete the room;

- second room (double) with two single beds and a private balcony, ideal for enjoying breakfast at sunrise and sipping drinks at sunset.

The special highlight of the house is undoubtedly the elegant sea-view lounge from the porthole, which is inspired by the style of cruise ship cabins.
Here are placed two comfortable wicker armchairs - perfect setting also for a reading - and a majestic chaise longue for relaxing after a day at sea. Also present is a shelf with other books of various kinds available for guests.

By taking the elevator up only two floors and thus reaching the panoramic rooftop on the 7th floor of the building, you can enjoy the 360° panoramic view and admire the coast as far as Monte Conero (572 a.s.l.), the hills of the Marche region (typical landscape of the area), the basilica of Loreto and the entire town of Porto Recanati from above.
