Beautiful, Spacious Villa
Beautiful family villa, with plenty of room and a bathroom for each bedroom. Also a separate sitting room upstairs, with outside seating area. The swimming pool is a lovely size and the spacious garden is extremely well-equipped with chaise-longues, comfortable garden chairs and tables to sit or eat at, in sun or shade. Global lamps and lights in the swimming-pool automatically light up in the evenings, making the garden look magical. PaolaLuisa could not have been kinder or more attentive, bringing toys and a paddling-pool for our grandson. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everyone felt that it was a perfect villa for our needs.

A really wonderful villa, garden and pool.
We enjoyed our holiday in this special place. The house was well appointed and the garden lovely. Signora Paola kept the pool in immaculate condition. We had three young grandchildren with us and their parents. The pool is a good size and the children loved it. So much so that we didn’t make beach trips. We had an Italian family come visit and they were very impressed with the property. Signora Paola was very helpful with any queries about the house or any problems we had. The first day we stayed there was a Festa in Corva which we attended. There was an amateur talent show of singing reciting and dance. I love the inclusive nature of Italy, the children went down to the stage and got involved. The young family visited Oltremare and San Marino and also spent time with Italian friends in Corinaldo. Our friends brought our golf clubs and we played golf at Connero. A lovely course but do take a buggy in the hot weather especially if you play 18 holes. It was wonderful to be back in Italy and we would love to come again. We mostly ate at “home” at the outside patio area with numerous tables and chairs and shade. Didn’t bring much luggage as you can wash and iron, no problem drying clothes! The weather was very hot, as you expect in August, and the downstairs bedrooms could have done with some air conditioning. However I realise that for most of the time this wouldn’t be necessary. I would come again, out of the hottest period. We have made some lasting memories here. The outside lighting at night in the garden and pool was magical. A great success for everyone.

Wunderbare Anlage
Das Haus und der Garten mit Pool waren traumhaft. Selbst die herrschende Hitzewelle konnte uns in unserer „Oase“ nichts anhaben. Schade nur, dass der Grill samt Zubehör in sehr desolatem Zustand war. Man konnte ihn nicht benutzen. Aber sonst alles perfekt.

Für uns super :)
Unser Urlaub bei Paola war super schön! Das Haus und die Anlage sind super für jung und alt. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und immer sauber. (Vielleicht für den ein oder anderen ein bisschen kalt, aber da kann Paola nichts dafür). Jeder Raum hatte eine Klimaanlage, was wir super fanden. Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet gewesen und man hatte alles was man braucht für 6 Erwachsene und ein Baby. Die Kommunikation hat trotz der Sprachbarriere gut geklappt und Paola ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das einzige was nicht so schön war, war der Strand. Ist eben ein Steinstrand und für Babys nicht so geeignet. Wir fanden es super bei Paola und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit! :)

Schicker Pool aber für uns leider nicht nutzbar wie gewünscht
- Kinder bekamen Hautausschlag vom Poolwasser (!), somit war der Pool für unsere Kinder kaum nutzbar während unseres 2-wöchigen Urlaubs - Doppelbetten nur 1,40m breit - überall Katzenkot (Parkplatz, Terrasse) - kein Toaster/ kein Föhn vorhanden - teilweise renovierungsbedürftig (Putz bröckelt ab von Badewanne/ Decke im Wohnzimmer) + süße Feigen können frisch vom Baum gepflückt werden + viele Schattenplätze im Garten + Waschmaschine/ Spülmaschine vorhanden

Erholsamer Urlaub
Das Meer sieht man von der oberen Terrasse aus, man vermisst es hier aber überhaupt nicht. Es liegt ca. 3,5 KM entfernt, wie auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch für E-Auto-Nutzer sind Schnellladestationen vor Ort vorhanden, wie auch genügend auf dem Weg von D dorthin. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Nebenhaus und sorgt sich um alles (Poolreinigung etc.) und ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Es fehlt nur ab und zu etwas an Privatsphäre. Auch die Nachbarn machen sich bemerkbar und dann die fürs ländliche Italien typischen bellenden Hunde. Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt sehr erholsam. Allein schon der morgendliche Sprung in den Pool... Sant l'Elpidio ist ein fast ausschließlich von Italienern genutzter Ferienort.

schönes Haus mit Pool
Wir waren 2 Familien mit Kindern und eine Einzelperson. Das Haus bietet auch für so viele Personen genügend Platz. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet, ohne Mängel und sehr sauber. Der Garten bietet auch für Aktivitäten viel Platz und der Pool ist Gross und bietet allen eine gute Erfrischung. Paola ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin und ist immer Unterstützend da. Wir können das Haus nur wämstens empfehlen und werden gerne selber nocheinmal zurückkehren.

Toller Familienurlaub, wunderschönes Anwesen, sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin
Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in der wunderschönen Villa Luna verbracht. Obwohl wir mit sechs Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern eigentlich ein Gast zu viel waren, hatten wir bequem in dem großzügigen und sehr liebevoll ausgestattenen Haus Platz: die stets freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin Paola hat kurzerhand in dem Einzelzimmer ein zweites Klappbett dazugestellt (hatte prima Platz) und so gab es ein weiteres Doppel (Kinder-)zimmer. Drei schöne Bäder sorgen dafür, dass es morgens keinen Stau gibt. Die Gastgeberin wohnt direkt nebenan (hinter einer mit einer Lorbeerhecke abgetrennten Terrasse) in einem kleinen Häuschen, ist aber sehr diskret, sie kümmert sich täglich um den Pool - wir haben ihr auf ihre Bitte hin dabei täglich geholfen, den Putzroboter im Wasser zu platzieren, was absolut kein großer Aufwand ist. Der Garten ist riesig, bietet schöne Schattenplätze und viel Platz zum Fußball- und Federballspielen. Auch der Pool ist großzügig und macht viel Spaß, er ist groß genug, um darin ein paar Züge zu schwimmen. Es gibt eine Menge Liegen, Sonnenschirme und bequeme Liegestühle, so dass man stets ein schönes Plätzchen findet. Auch die Essbereich im Freien sind großzügig bemessen, wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse und das Frühstück im Freien sehr genossen. Das Haus hält absolut, was die Fotos versprechen, alles war sehr sauber und recht gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle und sehr individuelle Einrichtung, die sich deutlich von dem abhebt, was man üblicherweise in Ferienhäusern vorfindet, z. B. der tolle handgearbeitete Tisch im Wohnzimmer, ein echtes Schmuckstück. Um zumindest eine klitzekleine Kritik anzubringen: ein paar Wein- und Proseccogläser in der Küche wären schön. Die Kommunikation lief für mich problemlos, da ich italienisch spreche und auf diese Weise vermutlich besonders viele Tipps bekommen habe. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke an Paola!

Casa ideale
Casa posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla circondata dai campi con qualche altra casa nelle vicinanze quindi isolata ma non dispersa. Il mare ed il paese a pochi chilometri con tutti i negozi necessari. La casa e confortevole e molto pulita. Uno splendido giardino circonda la bella piscina. Il giardino, la piscina, le pergole esterne consentono di sfruttare in tutte le situazioni la fantastica location esterna, Infine una menzione speciale a Paola gentilissima proprietaria sempre attenta alle richieste ed alle esigenze degli ospiti

Splendido soggiorno
Mi fa piacere lasciare un commento sul soggiorno presso la villa di Paola Sirignano, che è stata per noi un ospite straordinariamente gentile e accogliente, fornendoci tempestivamente di tutto ciò che serviva, e dandoci l’impressione di essere quasi a casa nostra. La villa è molto spaziosa, consentendo a tutti noi (eravamo in sette) di godere degli spazi e dei servizi senza mai sentirci “stretti”. Estremamente curata la pulizia e la dotazione della casa e degli spazi esterni, e una lode speciale per la bellissima piscina, dotata di un robotino che assicura quotidianamente la pulizia del fondo e delle pareti della vasca. Avevamo scelto questa villa considerando le incertezze legate alla pandemia, per poter trascorrere in casa, se necessario, anche molto tempo. Per fortuna i contrasti sanitari alla pandemia hanno permesso di muoverci per città e borghi delle Marche, che sono veramente bellissimi. Gli scorci di quel paesaggio collinare rimangono impressi nella memoria e lasciano dentro il desiderio di tornare, magari nella stessa residenza, alla quale diamo il massimo della valutazione. Settimana di pace e tranquillità
Il soggiorno presso Villa luna è stato molto piacevole. La signora PaolaLuisa è gentilissima, discreta e molto disponibile. Ottima accoglienza, caffè, bibite, vino e merendine per i più piccoli. La Villa è bella e confortevole, molto pulita e con cucina ben attrezzata e funzionale. Il giardino è grande e davvero ben curato, la piscina stupenda e sempre pulita con cura. Siamo stati davvero molto molto bene.

Ottimo soggiorno per una vacanza rilassante da passare in famiglia
Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni in questa location.. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa la signora Paolaluisa ci ha riservato un ottima accoglienza con tanto di bottiglia di vino all'arrivo... Sempre disponibile e mai invadente.... Giardino con piscina fantastico e attrezzato di ogni comfort, più bello ancora di sera con tutte le luci accese.. Consigliato per chiunque voglia godersi il mare per poi fare ritorno in una bellissima casa accogliente immersa nel verde a soli 4 km dal lungomare. Grazie ancora e alla prossima se ci sarà occasione

Casa bellissima
La casa è stupenda molto pulita e ben tenuta. Bellissimo giardino con piscina che ci siamo goduti tantissimo. Abbiamo fatto anche il bagno in notturna con piscina illuminata di vari colori. La proprietaria è stata perfetta molto discreta e sempre disponibile. Nella casa non manca nulla. Avevamo anche il cane è tutto recintato quindi abbiamo potuto lasciarlo libero senza problemi. Il nostro è stato sicuramente un soggiorno piacevole.

Siamo stati accolti molto cortesemente dalla signora Paola. Il giardino si presenta con un colpo d'occhio notevole e la piscina è veramente bella e ben attrezzata. La casa è ampia e comoda per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane veramente piacevoli, via dalla pazza folla. Sehr schöner Urlaub trotz einiger kleiner Mengel
Zu allererst ist zu vermerken, dass dem riesen Garten in der Anzeige nicht Genüge getan wird. Dieser war wirklich sehr schön. Paola war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Generell hat uns der Urlaub sehr gefallen. Die Kinder kamen dank des grossen Pools sehr auf ihre kosten. Anzumerken gilt es jedoch: 1. Ein Schlafzimmer, und zwar das eine im OG (mit 140cm Bett). hat eine kleine Klimaanlage, die es nur schafft, dieses eine Schlafzimmer zu kühlen. Die anderen 3 Schlafzimmer, sowie der Wohn, Ess und Kochbereich sind ungekühlt. Somit war bei Aussentemperaturen von 32+ Grad auch die Innentemperatur relativ hoch. 2. Wegen Corona, konnten wir erst Nachmittags gegen 4:30 einchecken, dies ist jedoch sehr verständlich. 3. Dank des grossen, schönen Gartens gibt es viele Insekten. Ca. 5 Ameisenvölker leben in direkter Nähe zum Haus und auch mit täglichem Fegen ist es unmöglich, die Ameisen fern zu halten. 4. Auf dem Gelände steht noch ein kleines weiteres Haus, in dem die Vermieterin Paola wohnt. Dies ist direkt 3m vom Hauptaussenbereich entfernt. Da Paola sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist, ist dies nicht weiter sclimm, jedoch ist somit das Haus nicht "privat". Da jemand fremdes eben auch da ist. Paola kommt jeden morgen um den Pool instandzuhalten (reinigen etc.) und ist abends an manchen Tagen am Fernsehen. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub, und ich denke, wenn die Beschreibung noch ergänzt wird, und man sich bei Buchung über vor allem Thema 1 und 4 im Klaren ist, dieses Anwesen auch gut 5 Sterne verdient.

Fijn huis met fantastische tuin met zwembad
Een fijn huis met 7 slaapplaatsen (3 dubbele bedden, 1 enkel), ideaal voor 6 personen. Grote tuin met fantastisch zwembad. Paolaluisa verzorgt het zwembad dagelijks. Alles schoon en goed verzorgd. Mooie omgeving met vlakbij het strand en veel leuke stadjes. Echte aanrader!

Vacanza piacevole
Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Gli spazi esterni e interni si presentano ben curati e originali. La piscina è spettacolare anche la sera quando è illuminata con effetti di luce. La proprietaria che pernotta nella dependance di fronte alla piscina è cordiale, disponibile e molto discreta.
