Tivemos uma boa experiência no Coroa Vermelha Beach, apesar do contratempo inicial no check-in, onde observamos uma certa desorganização e problemas na orientação dos hóspedes que estavam chegando, principalmente os que chegaram antes do horário previsto. No geral foi muito bom. Bons drinks, variedades de cervejas que são servida dos "litrões". Ótimo café da manhã e boa comida, ressalvando apenas a questão da temperatura, pois achamos que a comida estava um pouco fria. Petiscos variados tanto no espaço da piscina do hotel quanto no espaço da praia, onde foi servida uma ótima feijoada. Há de se destacar a limpeza, que é realizada quase que o tempo todo. O empreendimento é muito limpo e arejado. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e oferecem um ótimo e cortês atendimento. No geral tivemos uma boa experiência com um ótimo custo-benefício.

O hotel é excelente. Merecia uma academia maior e mais equipada com aparelhos de musculação e uma sala de jogos maior. O bar da praia é sensacional. Nem precisa ir ao restaurante almocar. Bebidas e comidas boas. Merecia tb a opção de vinho Demi sec. Só tem Suave ou seco. Foi uma ótima hospedagem.

Ótimo custo e benefício, a única ressalva é água da piscina gelada, impossível uma criança de dois anos permanecer por muito tempo, e olha q durante a minha estadia todos os dias o sol estava quente. Quero parabenizar toda equipe mas principalmente o atendente Anderson do bar da piscina, muito simpático e prestativo.

O hotel é bom,funcionários super educados e muito solícitos! Porém o all inclusive deixa muito a desejar. Cerveja é litrão que fica aberta nos freezers completamente “chocas” o bar da praia não tem garçom, as opções de petiscos são pouco variadas, a comida do restaurante muito boas , tapiocas maravilhosas … se colocassem opção de cerveja em lata ou long neck facilitaria.

Me decepcionei! Fui atrás de um All Inclusive de qualidade,mas não foi o que obtive. Primeiro de tudo: All Inclusive:com Vodka ORLOFF de BAIXÍSSIMA QUALIDADE. Todas as bebidas alcoólicas são de baixa qualidade,somente cerveja,água de coco e refrigerante são bons. Tive que ir no mercado comprar bebida alcoólica pq as do hotel são muito ruins. Comida,nota 5. Muitos produtos de baixa qualidade como frios. Algumas coisas básicas e algumas boas. Pizza que fazem a noite,nota 3,massa ruim e produtos de má qualidade,sem gosto nenhum. Limpeza do quarto ok. Porém o banheiro fede muito por não ter janela nem exaustor,mesmo com a limpeza o cheiro ficava. O atendimento foi nota 10. Todos funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Não voltaria,pois pelo preço cobrado fora de época era pra ter produtos melhores isso é um descaso com o cliente pois o hotel tem estrutura para ser muito bom,porém o dono é mão de vaca e não investe em produtos de qualidade. Espero que melhorem!

Excelente custo beneficio para resort em Porto Seguro. Equipe atenciosa, estrutura simples mas tudo bem organizado e bem servido. Frigobar abastecido diariamente, opcoes de pizzas e sanduiches, refeições com boa variedade. Ponto negativo: piscina nao é aquecida, academia bem simples, o check in e a partir das.15h. Chegamos com crianca as 14h e para ter acesso a comida, por exemplo, seria necessário pagar um adicional de 130,00 por pessoa. Todos os resorts que frequentei liberam o acesso um pouco antes caso o quarto nao esteja disponível ainda.

Estadia agradável com bom custo benefício. Comidas, limpeza e serviço de praia muito bons mesmo. Boa organização para servir os alimentos e funcionários bastante educados. Para mim ficou dois pontos que me desagradaram, o primeiro é em relação ao volume alto do som o dia inteiro na área da piscina, mas que por vezes ia no quarto até as 22:00. Outro ponto que me incomodou são os colchões que era muito duros.

Pessoal muito receptivo, limpeza dos quartos ótima boms drinks cerveja gelada ,comida boa funcionários bem alegres e bem humorado , sem falar no bar da praia que e excelente . O que deixou a desejar foi na hora do check-in, chegamos as 14 horas etivemos aqurdar dar 15 hora pra usufruir do alinclusive , pra usufruir nesse interticio tem que pegar uma taxa de 120 reais por pessoa. Ótima estadia, recomendo, muito bem atendida. Ótimo hotel, só tenho elogios. Eu li muitos comentários, que a água do chuveiro não esquenta, mais eu tenho uma ótima experiência, esquentava e muito., só de madrugada, demorava pra esquentar, por causa do aquecedor solar, mas era só esperar um pouco, com o chuveiro aberto, que já esquentava.
