Ideally placed for the ‘The Golf open 2025 ‘and all Portrush has to offer and within walking distance of the course .The. House is registered with Northern Ireland Tourist Board (NITB)
This large detached property offers 4 bedrooms a king bedroom further 2 rooms with double beds and 1 twin bedded room The main bedroom is ensuite ,the second bedroom has its own door into the family bathroom making it ensuite the other 2 rooms share the family bathroom with their access through main door it has a shower and full bath toilet and sink . Down stairs is a separate cloakroom .
A large comfortable sitting room to the front with lots of light from the large windows, it is well presented and has TV ,next is the large kitchen diner along with its snug corner also with TV from here French doors lead to the paved garden area with pots and shrubs. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary for self catering Electric Hob ,Insert oven ,Dish washer and separate laundry room with Washing Machine .
The house is well presented and decorated .
There is safe off road car parking for 4 cars in a quiet well maintained road
A short stroll will take you to the local amenities including a supermarket ,food takeaway and wine store .A little further you will arrive into Portrush with its beaches ,many restaurants cafes and shops .
An easy drive from the airports just over 1 hour on quiet roads . The house is close to the train station and the bus stops at the end of the road so accessible by that option also .
