FYI - We have a Ring camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. We also use a Minut noise monitor that only detects decibel levels and DOES NOT record. This is to prevent parties and keep the peace with our neighbors :)

Guest Access:
• Full access to cottage including two parking spots in the driveway. Please, make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:
Busy but residential area with road leading directly to the beach. Most neighbors are full-time residents so please be respectful of noise levels. Note: We do a background check on every guest.

Getting Around:
Almost everything is walking distance away. If you need a CVS, hospital or urgent care, you are minutes away right down Rt. 101.

We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. There are also two outdoor security cameras for your protection. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). Pet fee is $100/pet.
