Beautiful Lakefront Home with 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths located on prestigious Preston Peninsula. Breathtaking views of the lake. Huge patio for relaxing and entertaining. Marinas, restaurants, golf course and more are only minutes away.

This one of a kind home is a combination of beach house for comfort and practicality with the styling of an upscale Hampton’s retreat

The outside living spaces are tailored for relaxation and entertainment with plenty of seating. The Adirondack chairs around the fire pit are always a big hit.

Lake Texoma is also a popular destination for flying insects. Notice the appx 750sf screened-in outdoor kitchen with dining and seating for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a grill and refrigerator and television.

The beautiful open-concept home comes fully equipped.

Living room:
The large interior living room is open to the kitchen and dining area, ensuring that all three have sweeping 180 degree (I’ve never found the degree symbol) views.

Dining room: stunning view of the water, with ample bench style seating.

Kitchen: Open concept and fully equipped with spacious Butler’s pantry.

Bed #1: Owner’s suite has a nicely situated king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. It has double French doors that open wide onto the screened porch, as well as a large walk-in closet that on occasion has served very nicely as an infant nursery

Bed #2: The guest room has a queen size bed and double French doors which opens directly to the screen porch. The second bath is directly across from the guest room.

Bed #3: The bunk room has four twin size mattresses with easy access steps and safety railing. Located next to the guest bath.

Bonus bedroom: upstairs loft has a twin trundle bed and a full bathroom with tub/shower.
It has a great balcony view of the lake, a small library, and a quite a number of jigsaw puzzles.

This property is located in the premier Miller’s Cove subdivision. This is a quiet, upscale neighborhood; we are highly respectful and mindful of our neighbors and the integrity of our subdivision.

Simply amazing!!
This property was perfect for a much needed get away, totally peaceful, perfect view and quiet property! Access was easy, house was beautiful and clean, everything available like being at home! The contact was overly accommodating and actually allowed us to spend the rest of the day instead of the check out time, we would have but was already heading out. This will be a future stay spot for us!

Great place to stay. Minor issue with the air-conditioning. It stopped working but was fixed the same day. Minor issue with golf cart traffic. They drive through the yard to access the beach area. Goodluck getting a spot on the weekends. Overall great place. Second time staying here and will probably be back.

Anniversary Getaway
We had a great time at the house with a spectacular view of the lake. The house had lots of room inside and out with a screened in porch with BBQ grill that was great for making steaks! The only issue we had was the lack of privacy in the common areas of the house. No curtains on the front or back of the house which is an issue when people from next door cut across the backyard. Or people at the lake shine flashlights into the windows. We would recommend slat curtains that can be drawn or pulled completely out of the way for visibility.

The house and area are fabulous. It's a beautiful property. Has plenty of space to spread out. Indoor grill is a bonus for sure. Outdoor fire pit is another. So many sitting areas on this patio. Beautiful view. The screened in porch is huge and a great place to dine at night. We will be back. My rep was awesome. Always answered me quickly about a question. Loved it!

A Very Special Christmas Celebration
The property is clean, safe and such a beautiful location. We had great weather to walk down to the lake and look for fossils and shells, observe the squirrels, geese and birds, and enjoy the outdoors. The interior space is perfect for a family with children - the bunk room is perfect for singles and kids while the bedrooms are comfy and cozy. The fireplace was so great and the upstairs play area and toys, books, games kept all 7 of our kiddos occupied. This is our second time here and we now consider it a home away from home, large enough to accomodate our growing family!! Tim is an excellent host and very responsive - all our needs were met!!

Not very clean, disorganized.
House was not very clean and was very disorganized. Immediately when we arrived and we’re unpacking wanting to watch the weather realized the tv remote in the master was not working. We called the property manager who came and could not figure out the issue. We also pointed out to him that we would be unable to use the bbq grill as the vent was inoperable and the lights above were melted and hanging down and the grill was extremely dirty. The whole screened in patio was dirty and had not been attended to in quite a while. Random trash in the flower beds. It also appeared someone had ashed a cigarette in the drip tray of the refrigerator. I had to immediately go into cleaning mode just to be comfortable staying. The “circle drive” was really not accommodating to pull your boat in as advertised because it is fenced in and does not allow enough room to pull the boat in. We reached out to the property manager who said he was trying to get in touch with the owner about all of the issues but we have received no response. I have reached out multiple times and given them ample opportunity to reach out to me. All I can say is this house had a beautiful lake view but not worth what we paid. We have stayed in many vrbo rentals and have always given 5 star reviews. Very disappointed

Girls’ Weekend
This home was perfect for our Girls’Weekend. We enjoyed the open concept living, the screened in porch with an outdoor kitchen and the ample sitting areas outdoors. Most important of all was the cleanliness of the home. Viewing the sunrise over Lake Texoma, walking down to the water’s edge and listening to the birds sing added to our great weekend.

The property & access to lake is wonderful. The house accomodations were fine for our group. I wish there was a room with another full or queen bed so I could bring my sisters back for our reunion. The bunk room worked fine for grandkids but not for adults.

Perfect Family Gathering Place on Lake Texoma
This property is set up for EXACTLY what we needed to accomodate our extended family for an early Thanksgiving! Breathtaking view of Lake Texoma, lots of space indoors and outdoors for both adults and children. If you love the lake and nature, this is a prime retreat. Neighbors very friendly and not much traffic through the neighborhood. I felt very at home and safe there even with the large amount of uncovered windows in the living areas. We will definitely return!!
