The property the room the dining were all excellent. The pool and spa area needs some non slip stickers on the floor. Those rocks are a death trap. Slip and fall broken back or neck waiting to happen. Also I have been charged twice for my stay. I paid it n full to Expedia upon arrival was told they needed a credit card for a $50 incidental and it would be refunded 3 days after checkout. I was charged almost $200 the price of the room again and it has not been refunded over a week later.

Great Stay
Great stay! Definitely would recommend. The hotel accommodated all of my family on the same room. Rooms were clean and bedding was soft. The breakfast in the morning was not the best, I do not recommend the hot foods which were cold but the bagels and danish were good. I also didnt understand how I got a regular hotel room and everyone in my family got a suite when we paid under one reservation. Overall the hotel was a good one.

When we arrived it was a little past check in time and the room still wasn’t ready, we had to wait an additional half hour in the cafe area. I had to go up to the desk to ask if the room was ready and the young man had forgotten that we were waiting. Some of the tiles in bathroom were loose but not dangerous, but the shower wouldn’t drain. I told this to lady when we checked out and she did take $75.00 off the room which I appreciated! The breakfast buffet was delicious and all the staff were very nice and friendly!
