Poor help from Rent Planet customer service

Rent planet would give access codes not even few minutes early. Misses poeples travel plans up. Can't safely travel and be able to know you get access or be on street in cold weather...

Nice little apartment.

Overall stay was very good apartment was very clean & central to all our needs while offering all basic essentials needed for a short stay, only issue we had was the apartment was very cold especially at night & the heating didn’t seem to work or was just set to 22.5 so didn’t really warm the apartment up at all but other then at it was awesome & I would definitely recommend it it others & hopefully return one day.
