I found the staff on reception to be very friendly and helpful but.....the waitress in the restaurant was quite abrupt. I had booked a gluten free breakfast in advance and when I asked her she shrugged and looked miffed. She said I had to go to reception. The gentleman spoke to her and she glared at me. Made us wait for quite some before fetching it. Next 2 day,s we were only given the bread and not the rest but another lady was given the whole lot. The room itself was spotless and clean and quiet. But the waitress made me feel very uncomfortable. But reception staff were fantastic and I thank them for their help.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast buffet was good- the brunch option was a nice touch too- not much choice, but good to be able to grab soup/sandwich/drink before check in. It's a little bit outside the centre, but not so far that you're away from things- the walk from the metro is up a big hill though, so not one to be done with a suitcase! I was happy with my stay- and booked to come back a week later after the rest of my trip. They have a luggage store so you can leave bags before/after check out if needed.

The hotel is in a decent location with cheap (and good) dining options. Rooms and facilities are quite clean, and I didn’t feel anything in particular was missing from my stay. Highlights were the free breakfast and brunch included on mornings and afternoons, there were great food options for complimentary meals. Walking to the city center would take probably 15-20 minutes, and a little shorter to the train station. I would stay here again when I return to Prague.

I really appreciated the totally safe parking under the hotel for about 8 cars. It's important to reserve a space for those with cars as it fills up fast. There is a nightly charge but it's reasonable. The rooms are a bit cramped and I didn't care for the decor but the bed was very comfortable and the space was very clean. The A/C worked well.

Great location, amazing breakfast, fast wifi and a huge room. We weren’t expecting such a large room in Europe but it was an excellent stay for us and our 10 month old. Amazing breakfast had lots of options and the staff were quick to attend to any empty dishes. The brunch was a nice bonus if you were there in the afternoon. We arrived early and they had a locked luggage room as well for us which was great. Highly recommended for the price.
