I would have given this property 5 stars because the location, rooms and front desk staff were amazing but the cleaning ladies were so loud and obnoxious in the morning talking to one another that it was unbearable. We dreaded every morning being woken up by them when you're on vacation. They should be split up and clean seperate areas of the hotel to discourage them from socializing. Hopefully this can be remedied because it completely ruined the experience.

El hotel es fantástico! Muy lindo, amplio, comodo y silencioso. La ubicacion no podria ser mejor, ya que esta a pocos metros del puente Charles. El desayuno muy completo. Estacionar puede ser un problema, hay lugar en la puerta aunque esta prohibido, yo deje el auto alli ya que el parking mas cercano cuesta como 40usd el dia y es mas que el costo de una posible infraccion.

A Pearl near the Charles Bridge!!!

This was an amazing stay! This historic hotel was splendidly renovated with comfort in mind yet retaining the true historic charm. The rooms are furnished with design furniture and are comfortable, sleek and extremely clean. The staff were helpful and extremely generous and knowledgeable - especially Helena. The breakfast was scrumptious offering a wide variety. Throughout the day guests can avail themselves of coffee, cappucinos, lattes or hot chocolate with cake free of charge!

Fantastic Stay

Fantastic location, very close to the Charles Bridge. Friendly and helpful staff, and lovely clean spacious rooms. Great size bathroom, with big shower. Breakfast was great - lots of choice. Coffee machine is free to guests 24 hours a day. I would highly recommend this hotel

Bishops House.

Our stay was great. We arrived early and the room was ready to check in. Helena, on reception was friendly and efficient. She gave us wine and pastries while we checked in. The room was excellent and spotless. Room made up every day. Staff were very helpful and recommended some tours. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and we will return.

Location is amazing. It's very close to the Charles bridge, but there is enough distance to stay away from the crowd. We could walk to all the main historic sites by foot. The front staff (Alice is her name, I believe) was incredible--attentive and helpful. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and towels replaced daily. A good choice of items were available for breakfast and included hot food as well. The hotel is also situated about 5 minutes from Charles Bridge. I Would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate in staying there again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Bishop’s House very much! We stayed in room T4, the tower room, and it was absolutely perfect! The size of the room was more than we could’ve asked for. There is a beautiful prayer room as an added bonus. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of everything; you can see the Charles bridge from the hotel entrance. They also offer breakfast in the mornings and 24/7 coffee/tea/hot cocoa -which is a must- as you will be walking around taking in all the beautiful sights! The hotel front desk staff was great! They helped us set up a 50 minute river cruise, the booking process was very convenient. We absolutely loved our stay and will most definitely stay again any time we visit Prague!
