I genuinely cannot give one bad point about this hotel other than a mistake that i made on my side, in your room you get a small peice of paper that you can choose you breakfast, even with breakfast included i decided to fill it out and put it on the door and i didnt realise that its for the breakfast to be brought to you, so i paid for room service breakfast even though i had it included already so i had 2 breakfasts, wish it had told me that that is what it was but it is also my fault for not reading and understanding it properly…. But the hotel itself is so nice, the reception staff are so helpful and kind and you can also book activities in the city through them, the food is amazing and the rooms are so well done and they come round every day to fix your rooms up and do a great job 10 times out of 10. The beds are reallllllyyyy comfortable slept like a baby, the bathrooms are really clean and the shower ok, for me the shower was abit small so if your a big man or woman and u have a bath shower(you stand in a bath and have the shower) i would look for a walk in shower in a different room, also great location its a 10 minute walk from the astronomical clock and the old town square (beautiful place). Overall 10 out of 10 hotel would definitely reccomend and when i come back to prague i will be booking with the cosmopolitan 👍
