This is a beautiful modern boutique type hotel, in a great position with everything you could need. Room was well appointed, service & all staff were pleasant and helpful. They even replenished amenities daily. A bonus quirky Bar/ Restaurant which served lovely food. Couldn’t fault it

The hotel was so close to central station around 100m off It was 200m from main shopping centres and attractions Breakfast was superb with so many hot dishes to choose from. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and wonderfully clean. We could hear the music from the bar downstairs in the evening but it wasn’t super loud so we managed to have a good sleep. The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the main train station and an Airport Express bus, and many dining options are available nearby as well as shopping and tourist attractions.

Beautiful hotel. It is definitely a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was delixious, the Monkey Bar is beautiful, and the staff were helpful. The staff helped with recommendations for places tonwat and helped book us a traon for our next city.

Perfect hotel in a great area
The staff were very friendly and the hotel is stunning and so good for the price! Location was perfect and we walked into the main part of Prague every day and was only 20 minutes away

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Falkensteiner very much for our vacation in Prague. The location is super convenient--less than 5 minutes walking from the main train station, and it was walkable to all of Prague's main sites also. The Narodni Museum is less than 10 min away walking, Old Town Square is 15 min, and the Charles Bridge is 25 min. Prague Castle is about half an hour by public transit. Our room was very stylish and spacious, and the bathroom amenities were clean and great (shower controls were a bit tricky). AC worked but not as cool as my wife preferred. Americans might need to get used to it. The WiFi was great, and the staff was super friendly. We didn't get a chance to check out the Monkey Bar downstairs, but it looked really nice. Overall, a great place to stay and a great value given Prague's cheaper costs compared to much of Europe. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice couple of nights staying at the hotel whilst we explored Prague. The only issue was the lack of hot water on the last day but the hotel communicated well and at the end of the day it was outside of their control

Fantastic hotel with a great breakfast selection. I had to rate them poorly on the amenities and the facilities because on the Saturday afternoon of our stay the hot water stopped working and this was not going to be fixed until Monday. We only received 2 complementary cocktails for the inconvenience. Location is near to public transport (bus and train) although the park opposite didn't feel safe at night.

The rooms are top notch, the breakfast is incredible, and lunch/dinner menus is upscale (a bit pricey, but delicious). Location is close to the main train station, which was a key for use as we were using the train passes. Highly recommended.

I bet my life on it to recommend this place no less! Fantastic location (2 minutes walk from the station, 5 to 20 minutes walk from the world famous all popular attractions - do not go for HOHO or public transport tickets or passes - everything is walkable). We stayed on a short visit for 2 nights. Awesome welcoming staff, smooth check-in, checkout, complete guidance how to cover all the points in one day, suggestion and accepted room upgrade for a nominal increase (20 euros) with an absolutely stunning view and spacious, amazing world class buffet breakfast with mind boggling varieties - most of them made to order and table-served with ever smiling host of staff, can’t say more! There is steam and sauna with awesome arrangements with basic needs like towels plus snacks and diffused water. I am going to back again and in the meantime going to recommend this place to all my family members, coworkers, friends and relatives!
