I'm disappointed that this property was offered by Expedia. By the Elevator, there were cobwebs of spiders (I have pictures). Twice we had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door and twice we were walked in on. Upon arrival on a day that was well over 90 degrees with high humidity, the hotel did not even prepare the room for us by turning on the air conditioning. They left the windows open. It literally took 24 hours for that room to be decent. Due to our plane delay, we got there just before 8pm....just before the reception person was off their shift...so they could not even offer us a new room. Since we weren't there for a long time, it would have been more of an inconvenience for us to request a new room the following day. The floors in the room were not clean, but at least they offered new slippers. This was such a disappointment. A HUGE disappointment.

The property is beautiful. It’s on a street that doesn’t have anything very convenient to walk to a lot of places. The loft was gorgeous! Very clean simple and the AC was perfect. The staff were super helpful and although amenities are limited, we had everything we needed. The only thing reason I gave 4 stars was because we were locked out of our place and there is no staff after 8pm, so getting back in would’ve been impossible. Thankfully my husband typed a code in and it opened our door and the front door but that was by fluke that he figured that code out. They need to have a 24hr emergency number for this issue, as other people have had the same issue. It would’ve been awful if we couldn’t get back in, but it did work out and the overall experience of the hotel was very positive. I would absolutely recommend it and stay again myself.

Fully recommend, fantastic hotel in central Prague
Gorgeous stay at the H7 Palace. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had very spacious rooms. It was also a great location in Prague and everything was walkable! The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and happy to make recommendations. My partner also asked for a bottle of champagne in the room for us to celebrate, and they went above and beyond, with rose petals and balloons as well. Would highly recommend!

I really appreciated that we were able to check in early. We arrived in Prague in an early flight and I’d messaged them before my flight. Everything was nice. The only minor complaint I have was that the AC unit was not blowing cold air, but with the windows open, it worked out.

Comfy but needs and upgrade
Bed was comfy and shower was good, staff were helpful, and good location. However the room was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived so there was lumps of dust under the tables. Also the 1 day the cleaning service was due over our stay, we came back at 3pm and it hadn’t been done. We didn’t need it but would’ve expected rooms to be cleaned by then. Also our room had some dirty marks on the wall and flaking paint. Needs a bit of a refresh.

We booked a Junior Suite which was quite spacious and can accomodate up to 4 adults. The room and bathroom is clean basic ammenities were provided. The room has a small kitchen, with sink, fridge, microwawe, and some utensils, nicely tucked neatleyvin a cabinet.

Room was excellent lovely large one piece bed,good quality white linen, unfortunately for me the pillows were like rocks, requested a softer one to no avail.Bathroom good size very good large shower head. Perfectly fine stay. Location is interesting. Sort of local sort of touristy. 8-8 check in is a bit unorthodox. My only real issues were the floor was very dusty and I did not get housekeeping service over 4 nights despite being told it was every second night. (I was only not in the room 10 am to 4 pm so I suspect I they skipped me earlier and never doubled back.). I didn’t ask for service after that so no big deal.

Hotel is great!
This place was a lot better than expected. Rooms were a good size and there was even a hidden “kitchen” section in the room which was handy. We stayed here as part of a stag do and had no issues. The location is good aswell, around 15 minutes from the city centre but close to tram/underground stops aswell.

Good for a few nights near the city centre. Very conveniently located and walkable to everything but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Check in - out was super easy and convenient. We booked a junior suite and must admit we were quite underwhelmed. Our room was big and clean but very basic and lacked any character, it felt cold and empty. The TV was basic and only had a few working channels (none in English) so we didn’t use it at all during our stay. A few areas were looking quite tired, such as large cracks in the walls and bedside lights handing off the wall. Unnervingly a man walked into our room while we were in bed the first night. We later found out this was the owner who mistook the room for his own. The staff were nicely apologetic and we understand mistakes happen, but nonetheless it shook us and left us feeling uneasy during our stay.
