The temperature in my room was over 26C for 2 nights. Reception said there were no rooms available and a technician was going to try to fix it the next day. After 2 days I had enough. When I checked out the person at reception told me they knew about the issue and could bring a fan to the room! Too little too late

The interior design of the property is good. The tram stop is just opposite to the hotel. It is very convenient to many places in Prague. The surrounding areas are good. We have tried a couple of restaurants near the hotels. The foods were tasty and services were good. The prices were reasonable. They were good value.

Hotel Savoy was a great find. Walkable to Charles Bridge, or there was a tram stop right outside the door (the historical tram also stops here) Room was a good size, with lovely comfy bed and hot shower. Breakfast plentiful, and staff were helpful and friendly.

The property is very nice, the area was safe and in close proximity to transportation, restaurants, sites, etc. The rooms were large and comfortable. But beware you’ll be paying for EVERYTHING. No complimentary water on arrival, no water in the lobby, ice upon request...if you're lucky. I also didn't appreciate the poor communication and retraction of services provided. But I won't get into it...lesson learned.

Hotel Savoy is a great hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is close to transportaion and is very close to Prague Castle and the beautiful buildings around it. I would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel capitalizes on its old-time glory. The hardware is meticulously maintained and splendid - whether the pink marble bathroom or the silk wallpapers. But in a 4* hotel, i’d expect more premium toiletries or coffee-making facilities. Parking is onsite and paid, but needs to be booked ahead
