Apartamento com mofo e traças; os ventiladores de teto não funcionam; há interruptores com fiação exposta; microondas totalmente enferrujado; geladeira enferrujada por dentro; box sujo; ventilador com crostas de mofo e de sujeira; colchões e travesseiros sujos; almofadas ensebadas; o prédio é nojento e cheira a mofo; a pessoa que identifica como proprietária de nome Tamiles não o é. Não ficamos. Tivemos que procurar um hotel para sairmos daquela lugar. Comunicamos pelo site com a tal da Tamiles, recusando o imóvel. Tentamos comunicar com a Alugue Temporada, mas o contato fica escondido no site. o Alugue Temporada se recusou a estornar o débito feito no cartão de crédito, dizendo que tínhamos que pedir o dinheiro de volta da proprietária, retirando toda a responsabilidade e garantia ao cliente. Entramos em contato com a tal da Tamiles e ela disse que não é a proprietária, mas uma intermediária. Enviou-nos o número da proprietária. A proprietária não atende as ligações e bloqueou nosso contato por Whatsapp. É uma vergonha que o site mantenha esse imóvel e que não dê nenhuma garantia ao consumidor. Como mantém um imóvel com intermediário e não com o proprietário?
