Situated on the third floor of a charming chalet, the apartment consists of: a kitchen that overlooks a small living room with a large window, equipped with a pellet stove, a sofa bed, a spacious bedroom with a view of Mont Blanc, and a bathroom.

In the winter period:
Upon your arrival, the apartment will be preheated through electric heating, which can be replaced using the pellet stove with supplied fuel.

The apartment is equipped with a 58-inch ULTRA HD Smart TV, a microwave, a table, 4 chairs, and all the kitchen utensils for a stay of up to 4 people.

Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi service, access to Netflix and other streaming platforms, as well as a convenient parking space reserved for the property.

The space is suitable for young couples who want to spend a romantic weekend at the foot of Mont Blanc, as well as for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a peaceful mountain stay. Pets are also welcome.

The green area and the walkway to the property are private but always shared with the residents of the two floors below.
