This newly renovated, 700 sqft 1920's home is loaded with charm and amenities. Situated in south downtown Prescott, you're just a short walk away from the heart of the city and Whiskey Row. Stroll across the street and enjoy live music and great beer at Prescott's most popular brewery.

This two bedroom, two bath has been fully renovated with a stylish, modern flair. New heating and AC installed last year. Each of the two bedrooms has a cozy queen bed, with the master bedroom boasting it's own spacious ensuite. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, cookware and spices. The backyard is fenced for your own privacy and pets. Sit under the pergola with your morning coffee and look out over the pristine garden, or bbq your favorite dinner on the patio.

Perfect location for walking downtown to enjoy our local shops, antique stores, farmer markets, and delicious restaurants. We were in town for our son’s graduation. The checkin process was seamless. The cottage was clean and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit on the back patio. WiFi was excellent. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well appointed. It’s a great location with a short walk to downtown. Highly recommend.

Great place!
Absolutely loved our stay. The place was super clean, had all needed utilities and more. Restaurant suggestions were spot on and the location was perfect for checking out this cool area. Host was super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here while in Prescotr.

You won’t regret staying in this sweet bungalow. The beds were very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, cute decor and lovely back yard space. It is in a great location walkable to coffee shops. We will be back!

Perfectly Prescott
Adorable mid-century modern cottage near the square in downtown Prescott. We wanted to share the charm of Prescott with my sister and brother-in-law from Ireland who were on their round-the-world trip. They had stayed in various rentals in numerous countries, but this one was by far their favorite. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a great bottle of wine and snacks, along with helpful information about the best hikes, coffee shops, restaurants, and things to do. The backyard had a cute firepit, which was a huge hit. It also had a BBQ which we didnt get to use as there were so many great places to eat at. We had a great time staying there, and we will surely recommend this place to anyone visiting Prescott. We look forward to staying there again.

Adorable house and wonderful hosts!
This house couldn’t be any cuter and it is stocked with everything you can possibly need. The hosts are amazing as well- so attentive and responsive to any questions we had. The walk to downtown is about 10-15 minutes, depending on how in shape you are :) We were towing three little kids, so we opted to drive a little closer and walk the rest of the way when going to the Christmas parade and courthouse lighting. If you’re not dealing with young kids, it’s definitely a walk that’s doable!

Perfect Thanksgiving Away
